The ZYA series computer testing
high effective vacuum oil purifier, which adopts advanced purification
technology, is a pioneer product developed in China to meet the
requirement of testing of insulation withstand voltage especially
while working in field operation.
Its automatic performance appears to be much higher than similar
products of China, as supported by advanced and reliable computer
system, which could achieve automatic control, integration of the
units, full computer control, high precision water and gas removal.
The purifier best suits for treatment of various insulation oil such
as non-conformable transformer oil and mutual inductor oil, especially
while working in filed operation. Not only can the purifier detect
the effect of purification, but also can replace completely the conventional
withstand testing equipment.
Features:

for carrying and especially suitable to operation in field operation.
2) An on-site testing of the withstand voltage of oil as and after
purified, automatic printout of test results is available.

of purifiers is available.
5) A unique gas/water removal system adopting stereo-evaporation
technology, which rapidly separates the water and gas content in
the oil and the system, is free of maintenance.
6) A superior purification system with top quality filter core,
which can accommodate large quantity of dirt, and is dandified progressively
step by step. The filter core has got a high precision and multiple-stage
filtration
7) Safe, reliable heating system and optimized piping design ensure
that there is no ˇ°dead angleˇ± and oil is completely
subjected to purification.
8) An advanced infrared liquid level control system, which automatically
controls the level of oil in and out.
9) Purifiers are equipped with an interlocked safety protective
device. I.E, backflow of an oil outlet over pressure can be achieved
via an overflow valve; B oil inlet will interlock with heating system.
