This machine adopted
advanced coalescing separation and automatic control technology,
quickly and completely remove free water, dissolved water, gases
and impurities etc from contaminated/waste oil, upgrade oil quality,
recover viscosity, flash point ,performance of light lubricating
and turbine oil. Ensure the hydraulic system, dynamic system, lubricating
system's normal operation. It is especially for oil field, mine,
electric power, communication /traffic, manufacturing and the place
where there are many lubricating and turbine oil needing removed
plentiful and minimal water.
Features:
1) TYB-B series integrate precision filtration, high dewatering
efficiency, vacuum stereo-evaporation and automatic control.
2) Its filtration process is divided to 3 stages - 3 rd stage filtration,
2 nd stage filtration and the precision filtration. Special filter
element is adopted, which has a high filtration precision, large
capacity of dirt accommodation and long lifetime.
3) Its dewatering device contains advanced oil water separation
technology, adopting an oil water separation filter element with
a special ratio which contributes to its high dewater efficiency
and capacity, 20 times over normal vacuum or centrifugal process.
The water content in oil after treatment is less than 5PPM, the
emulsified oil water structure in the medium is completely broken
and the cleanliness of medium is controlled steadily within the
designed specification.
4) Its automatic control system utilizes the reliable PLC programmable
logic control and non-electrical testing technology, which provides
for an effective detection of various operating conditions of equipment
with availability of self-performance, smart temperature control,
pressure protection and mal-operation prevention functions. The
system has a complete self-check function and a strong anti-jamming
capability, and an RS232 communication terminal is available to
enable connecting to computer to realize remote control and maintenance.
A handset remote control terminal is also preset to facilitate non-presence
of duty operators.
